PRICING
Notarization Fees
State law allows a maximum of $10 per notarized signature for most notarial acts.
Standard Notarial Acts
- Acknowledgments: $10 per signature
- Jurats / Oaths / Affirmations: $10 per signature
- Certified Copies: $10 per certificate
- Depositions (if applicable): $1 per 100 words
Mobile Travel Fees
Travel fees are permitted in Texas as long as the customer agrees beforehand.
Local Service Area — Round Trip
- 0–10 miles: $25
- 11–20 miles: $35
- 21–30 miles: $45
- 31+ miles: Custom quote based on distance
Additional Charges
- Wait Time (after 10 minutes): $1 per minute
- Parking / Toll Fees: Billed as incurred

- Seller’s Package: $75–$125
- Buyer’s Package: $125–$175
- Refinance / HELOC Package: $150–$250
- Reverse Mortgage Package: $175–$250
